Commercial Licence #
This licence adds to the Terms of Service for buyers of the Commercial/Agency upgrade. It lasts as long as that upgrade is active, and it ends if the upgrade is refunded or charged back.
You may:
- Create puzzle book interiors, covers and printables with the Service and sell or deliver them to your clients for any fee you set, as a finished-for-client product.
- White-label that Output: remove our credit line and deliver it under your agency's or your client's brand.
- Let clients publish delivered Output under their own names on KDP, Etsy or elsewhere. They do not need their own Service account.
- Use your included 5 team seats (you plus 4). Each seat is for one named person in your business.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent or give access to the Service itself, or present it as your own software.
- Share logins, or give access to more people than your seats allow. Clients are not seats.
- Sell or distribute our raw word lists, facts, conversation questions, theme packs, templates, fonts or bulk unedited puzzle sets as content packs, PLR, "done-for-you" bundles or puzzle libraries, in whole or in part.
- Make Output containing trademarks, brand names, celebrity names or likenesses, titles or copyrighted characters without permission, or Output that breaks marketplace rules.
- Transfer this licence. It stays with the original purchaser.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for your client agreements and deliverables, including making sure any required marketplace disclosures are answered correctly. Books that include our built-in lists, facts, questions, page texts or phrases contain AI-generated text under KDP's definitions (they are AI-drafted, then edited by our team); tell your clients so they can answer KDP's AI question. You will indemnify us against claims arising from Output you deliver.
Ending the licence. If you breach this licence, it and your seats end. Output you delivered to clients in good faith before it ended stays licensed to those clients.
