SAGOZEN LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we"), operates LargePrint Puzzle Studio, an Aviobrand product, at largeprint.zhst.app. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.

1. What we collect

Purchase data from WarriorPlus. When you buy, WarriorPlus sends us a notification (IPN) with your name, email address, product, and sale and transaction IDs. We never receive or store card details. Payment is handled by WarriorPlus and the seller's Stripe account under their own privacy policies.
Account data. Your email and, if you sign in with Google, your name, email and Google account ID. We do not receive your Google password or access other Google data.
Content you create. Book settings, word lists, names and dedications you enter for personalized books, generated PDFs, covers and printables.
Free-tool leads. If you use our free tool and confirm by email (double opt-in), we store your email, your consent record (time and source) and your marketing preferences.
Technical data. IP address, browser type, and request and error logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.

2. Cookies and analytics. We use only cookies needed for sign-in sessions and security. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not use local storage, and does not track you across sites. Because we set no non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie banner.

3. How we use data

To provide and secure your account and deliver the products you bought (contract).
To send transactional emails such as sign-in links and service notices (contract or legitimate interest).
To send marketing emails only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link (consent).
To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal duties (legitimate interest or legal obligation).

4. AI suggestions. When you use Pro's optional AI theme or word-list suggestions, we send your prompt text to our own AI model server, or to OpenRouter as a fallback provider. Do not put personal data in prompts. We do not send your account details with prompts.

5. Service providers. We share data only as needed with:

WarriorPlus (sales and refunds);
Cloudflare Email Sending (email delivery);
Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage: Workers, D1, R2);
Contabo GmbH, [Contabo region] (our PDF render servers, which process your book files, including personalized names and dedications);
Google (sign-in, if you choose it); and
our AI model server and OpenRouter (prompts only).

We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA. Providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Raw WarriorPlus IPN payloads: 400 days, then deleted automatically (purchase ids are kept).
Account and purchase records: while your account is active, plus 2 years.
Generated files: until you delete them or close your account; backups are kept for 30 days.
Lead emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Logs: 90 days.

7. Your rights. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data; to object to or restrict processing; and to withdraw consent at any time. Email support@aviobrand.com from your account address and we will respond within 30 days (45 days under the CCPA). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. EU/UK users may also complain to their local data protection authority.

8. Security. We use encryption in transit, access controls and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure.

9. Children. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
