LargePrint Puzzle Studio: Terms of Service #

These Terms govern your use of LargePrint Puzzle Studio at largeprint.zhst.app (the "Service"), a product line of Aviobrand, operated by SAGOZEN LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purchases and accounts. You buy access through WarriorPlus, which runs checkout and payment under its own terms. After a sale, WarriorPlus tells us your name, email and transaction details so we can set up your access. You sign in with a magic link or with Google. Keep your login secure. Each account is for one person unless your tier includes team seats. You must be 18 or older.

2. Licence to use the Service. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the features of the tier(s) you bought, for as long as your access is active. You may not resell, sublicense, share, copy or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

3. Your output. Subject to your tier and these Terms, you own the books, interiors, covers and printables you generate ("Output"). You may publish them under your own name, for example on Amazon KDP or Etsy. Some limits apply:

You may not resell or give away our raw word lists, facts, conversation questions, theme packs, templates or fonts on their own as content packs, PLR or "done-for-you" bundles.
Selling Output to or for other people (clients, agencies, white-label) requires the Commercial Licence (OTO3).
Puzzles are generated algorithmically and may resemble puzzles other users generate. We do not promise exclusivity.

4. Acceptable use. You will not use the Service to create or sell content that:

uses trademarks, brand names, celebrity names or likenesses, song, film or show titles, or copyrighted characters without permission;
is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or deceptive; or
breaks the rules of the marketplace where you publish it.

Before you publish, you are responsible for reviewing your Output, its titles and descriptions, and any disclosures a marketplace requires, including KDP's AI-content question. You will not overload, scrape or attack the Service.

5. Tiers and limits. Each product (Front End, Holiday Nostalgia Packs, Pro, Pro Lite, Etsy & Personalized, Commercial/Agency, Creator Club) unlocks the features and usage limits described on its sales page and in your account, such as books per month, credits and seats. We may set fair-use limits to protect the Service for everyone.

6. Creator Club subscription. Creator Club renews monthly through WarriorPlus until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. If we change the price, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before it applies.

7. AI and our built-in content. The puzzle grids, answer keys and page layouts are generated by algorithms, not by AI. Our built-in word lists, facts, conversation questions, book page texts and hidden-message phrases were drafted with AI and then edited and checked by our team; under Amazon KDP's definitions that is AI-generated text, and you must disclose it to KDP when your book includes it (see our help article on KDP's AI question). Pro also offers optional AI suggestions for your own themes and word lists; suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable, so check them before you use them. You are responsible for the disclosures you make to any marketplace.

8. Refunds. See our Refund Policy. If you get a refund or start a chargeback, the related access and credits end.

9. Availability and changes. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, improve or retire features. If we discontinue a one-time product, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email so you can download your Output.

10. Suspension. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, share accounts or abuse refunds. If you breach the Terms, you are not owed a refund for the resulting loss of access.

11. Disclaimers. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that marketplaces will accept your Output or that you will make sales. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

12. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnity. You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Output, your listings or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless consumer law where you live gives you other rights. These Terms contain no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver.
